 This afternoon I spent an hour picking up small bits of gomi at the Avenue of Ginkyo trees at the Aoyama dori point of Meiji Jingu Gaien, It took at least 2 hours to get there, and almost 2 hours to return, I forgot my smafo so I couldn't take any photos, I read a few pages in The Way the World Really Works. I tried to smile at look at peoples faces making eye contact sometimes, holding up a leaflet on protecting the trees. This was a nice warm day in the low 60s. I don't need to stuff my mind with more data...information without truth

  I want to substitute the word "Suspicion" for your word "mystery". Because I am guessing that in the future even the smartest of us not only can be fooled but I will say definitely from what I have read, we will be fooled by an AI bot. Because unless I jump over the fence and identify with here in Japan, I don't believe US culture will  willingly accept such restraints on their "individual freedom" to feel the ethical restraint of resisting material greed for power to manipulate people. but I do , basded on my experiences until right now, trust the ethic and moral standards eempllified in Japan to be more widespread across the culture. Now if I zoom down to the individual randomly chosen on the street....I reject such a fantasy experiment just like the arguement of "would you kill a communist first who is threatening your grandmother with a knife" fantasy.  what about the concurrence of events in a certain time? A man loses his temper to interrupt the consultation of his doctor with a patient. The patient was permitted to go ahead of him, during that time therre was a medical emergency which the office was dealing wiht. the man lst his temoer because his medicine was not  sufficient strenght for his condition, and this disturbance caused the chidd n the same waiting room to start cruing / The mother kept telling the child to stop because she was disturbing others in the room, possibly making the old man more disturbed by his condition and waiting 1 hour after his scheduled appointment. O verlapping occurances in the same time period we shrug off as coincidences. However what is the meaning of "coincidences' It somehting we can't explain. why can't we explain it? Is it random?  I fulfilled a commitment to send a message to Matthew about Murakami. I said I would  and I did it. Let's hope for a touchdown miracle. I also wrote a short letter to Lyudmyla in Ukraine. Tomorrow I'll be with Keiko. I weonder if I will get any sleep tonight? Maybe I shoould ask for another miracle...I should think about the truth....Oh I'm waking up my metabolism is picking up.  There is an atmosphere now created by the music of the Rudra    veena : Raag Madhuwanti I barely know anything to say about this music except I like it. I have taken to it because it expresses an ethereal calm. yet, the piece builds into an imaginary climax while continuing to occupy the mind with the repetative drone of the two strings. The young woman musician is very pleasing to glance at from time to time.  I  have set up at last, to draw using the old practice papers I have collected from years ago.
